Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Bigshow Sports, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with all bookings and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for tournament registrations and other event-related services.
2. Tournament/Event Bookings
Cancellation by Participant
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 7 days before the tournament start date. In such cases, a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges) will be processed.
Cancellation within 7 days
If canceled within 7 days of the event, no refund will be issued unless there's a valid medical or emergency reason (subject to approval).
No-show
No refunds will be provided for participants who fail to attend without prior notice.
3. Event Cancellation by Organizers
If Bigshow Sports cancels or postpones an event due to unavoidable circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
4. Digital Services
Fees paid for any digital services (e.g., photos, videos, promotions) are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Full Name
- Transaction ID / Payment Screenshot
- Reason for Refund
Our team will respond within 2–4 business days with the status of your request.
6. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
